Reporting an error

Send correction requests to [email protected]. Include the page URL, the statement you believe is inaccurate, the proposed correction, and a reliable supporting source. For product facts, a current manufacturer document or official support page is usually the most useful evidence.

Please do not send passwords, payment information, health records, or other sensitive personal data. Requests concerning an order, return, warranty, or retailer account should be directed to the seller or manufacturer because Best Home Cleaning Reviews does not process transactions.

How we review requests

We check whether the disputed statement is factual or a clearly labeled opinion, whether the source is current and applicable to the exact product or market, and whether the issue materially affects the reader's decision. We may contact the sender for clarification. A request does not guarantee that a change will be made.

What happens after verification

Straightforward typographical errors may be corrected without a separate notice. When a correction changes a material conclusion, safety statement, product identity, or recommendation, we aim to update the article and add a dated correction note explaining the substance of the change. The page's modification date should change only when content is substantively reviewed or revised.

If a claim cannot be verified promptly, we may qualify it, remove it, or temporarily remove the page from search indexing while the review continues. We do not silently preserve a statement that reliable evidence shows is false.

This process also applies to unsupported hands-on testing language in migrated articles. A page is treated as research-based unless it contains a documented method and original evidence.
